Any member who is 18 years of age or older may apply for an Orange Membership Card. |

Possession of a valid Orange Membership Card makes you eligible to win weekly prizes. |

Weekly prizes will range in value from $25-$150. Each current week prize and the next week's prize will be listed on greatwisconsincu.org. |

A member may win only one prize within any 30 day period. |

The first weekly prize will be awarded on Monday, January 7th and every Monday thereafter. The first drawing will be made from all swipes accumulated from program launch through Jan 6th. |

After the first drawing, weekly prize winners will be chosen from the pool of entries from the previous week. |

Weekly prize winners will be notified by email. If you do not provide an email address, you can still have an Orange Membership Card but we will be unable to notify you in the event your card is a prize winner. |

If your Orange Membership Card is defective, we will replace it at no cost. |
